Soccer ROCKS!

Jessica was AWESOME today!!! She had a huge cheering section. Lets see who all was there... Me, Darcy, My mom, My dad, my sister her husband and son, tommy, kelly and will staggs, reba and jessup (jessica's dad). Matt had to work but we called him throughout the game. His family is in Florida for a wedding.

Jessica scored THREE GOALS! I was so proud of her... she ran out of breath a few times... she got hit in the face once... cried a little but mainly b/c it embarrassed her... she knocked over half of their team at least once! They lost by one point :( But that's okay b/c they played well.

After the game she cried in the car b/c Poppa (my dad) and her dad were yelling at her to not quit running... i told her they were only trying to help... she told me that next time we couldn't hollar at her so much b/c it made her nervous... i tried to explain that we were just showing her some support that we were all so proud of how hard she was playing.

i got some sun!!!! i'm a little burnt... don't worry Darcy had on sunscreen.

Tommy, Kelly, Will, me, Jessic and Darcy went to Pizza Hut afterwards. As we were leaving we ran into Pastor Sims and his family... He mostly spoke to Tommy all he said to me was bye... didn't even say anything about beautiful girls. I spoke to Betsy and Mrs. Peggy... well I told Mrs. P that her hair looked good short. Oh well... no hard feelings here. I just wish he would have acted interested in my family.

Well i'd better go raid my closet for something to wear tonight. I'm not looking forward to going.

Oh one more thing... I got a little mushy at Pizza Hut... I told Tommy and Kelly how much I loved them and how I was so thankful that we're still close and that our parents grew up together and we grew up together and now our kids are going to grow up together... i thought we all were going to start crying... i love them to death! We're planning some day trips together for the summer... vision land and days at the pool with them... we're hoping next year to go to Disney World with them... they've been 3 or 4 times and we've never been.
