Seriously... I know this is sorta touchy subject but if you or someone you know is being contacted by a Debt Collector MORE THAN LIKELY they are violating some sort of law. Instead of you owing them money they can be fined and owe YOU money!!!!!!!!! Its a very quick easy sort of thing that doesn't cost you ANYTHING!!!!!! There is NO ATTORNEY FEE!!!!! The attorney collects his fee from the debt collector. If this has happened to you in the last year call this guy... Mike 205-617-4773. Let him know you heard about it from me and he'll take care of you. He'll NEVER tell me that you called him.
Also check your receipts... if the receipt given to you has your whole credit card account number on it then it is a violation. You can get quick easy money OR if the receipt has the LAST FOUR numbers AND the expiration date then its a violation as well. These laws are set in place to prevent Idenity Theft.
