On your blog dashboard... go to settings. A sub-list should come up. Click on Comments and make sure your e-mail address is entered for notification.
I did that already & even put in another e-mail address, to see if it would send it to that one instead. And I've rebublished my blog, I don't know how many times now. I have no clue how to fix it.
I emailed the help desk... hopefully they'll fix it soon :)
