Jacob (top) & Jeremiah (middle) turned three on April 3rd. We celebrated their birthday on Saturday. I love my boys. I can't imagine life without these two little fellas! They're so loving and they love on each other all the time. They are different but alike at the same time.

I still can't believe we were pregnant at the same exact time! With same due dates non the less. Crazy that our kiddo's are three. I still can't believe you have twins. you are such a great mommy to them too. Happy LATE birthday boys!
