Last night my parents came over to eat with us. We had turnip greens, chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy... yummy! Before that got here we did a quick clean up on the house... it was over due. The whole house was vaccumed, sweep and picked up... leaving me not much to do today :)
My back was bothering me last night and nothing I took relieved it. I ended up sleeping in Darcy's bed b/c she was in our bed and I was tossing and turning. I was in her bed for all of 20 minutes when the door opened. I thought it was Matthew checking on me but it was Jessica... sleepwalking! She's done it several times since I last mentioned it. But last night was odd b/c she came into Darcy's room. I'm not sure how Darcy would have reacted had she'd been in there!
Today I've taken care of things that I've been putting off... like calling about pest control! LOL Out of nowhere we've had horrible bugs... roaches and other tiny bugs! When I was talking to the lady on the phone she said that most people carry them in from the grocery store. I immediatly remembered how about a month ago I had opened a brand new never been opened before box of gritts and the box was FULL of bugs! They started crawling out on me and some were flying!!!!! I guess thats the start of our problem! I had so much going on at the time that I never called the store about it... I just let it go and actually had forgotten it until she made that comment. Hopefully we can get rid of them! Its pretty embarrassing when they're crawling on the counters when your folks are over for dinner! And of course my mom lectures me about if I'd clean up the kitchen and not leave food out this wouldn't happen.... fact is I DO clean up the kitchen and we NEVER leave food out b/c we know it causes bugs!!! Thats just a mom for ya!
Matthew and I are trying to plan a quick trip to Pine Mountain, Ga. They have a 3 1/2 mile safari that you drive through. There's also some other cool things to do in the area. We're hoping to go sometime in July if all works out. We need a vacation... although I hardly consider 2 nights away from home a vacation but its better than nothing! And it will be just our little family :) I think it will be the FIRST ever vacaction with just us and the kids.

I know what you are talking about, I've been using them for years! And my fav is kiwi strawberry. I have a box of them here at the house. I don't really have a problem drinking water, I know I drink a lot of it, but I guess I need to keep a record of it to make sure.
I've heard about that safari thing. I thought it sounded fun! I hope you get to go & then let me know how it was. :)
