Granted your credit score has to be good and not many late payments can be on there. It can save you hundreds of dollars on your montly mortgage payment to look into it. You might even can do a cash out refi and pay off some debt... or put a pool in the backyard! You can do whatever you like with the money. You just need some equity in order to get cash out!
